Dark Ruby with red and black fruit aromas. Blackberry and plum with a touch of pepper spice. Not overly complex but enjoyable and reasonably balanced. Medium finish with soft tannins. Drink now, getting past it’s peak!

Persistent fruit, tobacco, and rich oak, all in measure, with firm structure. Compelling.

Wow this Bordeaux was drinking on point. Surprised by the fruit forward notes and had a long peppery finish. Was trying to hold out for it to be a 10-yr bottle but a stew was calling its name.

TW, had the half in AZ. 2016 vintage is key, tho. Extremely dry & austere. 75% cab, 20 M, 5 Petit Verdot. (Tried 2018 half more recently & was not drinkable)

Milk chocolate to the nose. Tobacco. And a vein of butter. Buttery dark chocolate to the taste. Robust tannins but not overpowering. Slight dry bitter finish.

So chalky and tight. Didn’t open up. Ullo didn’t even help. Would not buy again.

Turkey dinner tradition with French wine. Decanters for 4 hours and served. Pairs very well with Turkey. Not too bold or too light. Just right

75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% merlot, 5% petit Verdot classic Bordeaux varietals. Nice fruit and smooth finish. Great deal at Costco. Hope they still have it next week, rocked it with lamb kabobs.
