This historical estate was sold to a providence fund Capssa in 2019, so it is a bit early to see the impact of the new owners. This 2014 is a blend of equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It has a very nice nose with cassis and cedarwood. Medium-bodied and fresh, with rustic tannic and a bit too much bitterness that overwhelms the fruit. Lacks a bit of charm, but no complaints for 7,90 euro. Abv. 13%.

Very concentrated 2010 vintage, lingering, tannic finish for a Bordeaux 👍
