If I look at the notes notes from other tasters on delectable, I can only conclude that most of them drink their Cahors too young. This one is 15 years now, and at its peak, imho. Licorice, underbrush, black cherries, tea leaves, somewhere between its fruity phase and some nice secondary notes.

I rarely drink Malbec, but this is one I can get behind. Black fruit with a hint of baking spice and anise as well as a graphite/iron note. Dense but not heavy. Nicely done
