Not dead, but a touch advanced. Storage or as expected? A constant conundrum with cellared wines in Malaysia.

Pretty good for a very hot vintage.

Pepper, medium body. Maybe too young. Smooth.

Like an exotic vegetable!

Cork crumbled. Color good, dark, but not bricking or browning. Not a big nose, but inviting. Certainly the taste if a very mature wine, but good fruit and acid along with well integrated tannins.

Velvet, harmony. ..rather green, though

So close - but over the hill. Still showing signs of previous greatness.
