Trying new whites because I want to expand my knowledge on them. This is something I’ve never tried. To me, it has the creaminess of a Chardonnay and the juiciness of a Sauvignon Blanc. And....I’ve almost finished the whole bottle, it’s that good! 😲

Pleasant Bordeaux blanc. Got the green fruit and gooseberry of the sav blanc, and that viscous honey of the semillon. Versatile and inexpensive
