Double decanted Big difference between '03 and '04 (both equally amazing). '04 more fruit forward than '03 on the nose. Boysenberry, blackberry, spices w/ clove cinnamon mix. Delightfully velvety, structured and balanced.

I am learning about wines like this this one. You read about it, everything tells you it's an amazing wine but It doesn't amaze me. I need to learn more about it.

A bit too youthful. Shows promise, with intense grip and power. Let's check back in 2026.

Pretty good stuff with a polished texture and finish...especially when in the past I haven't loved it as much as I wanted to

Not stored well. Classic Paulliac. Cassis, blackberry, cedar, tobacco, pencil shaving, gravel. Well made and almost complex.
