2020 vintage. Nearly always an excellent value BDX. Problem is that it is priced so fairly, gets snapped up über-quickly. Fruit, structure, balance along with medium body. Pop and pour now or in a decade. 3.6.24.

A lovely structured Margaux with distinct notes of mushrooms and tobacco. Balanced, rich, will keep getting better as it ages. Love it!

Great balanced Margaux, blend composition of 50% Cab Sauv, 45% Merlot, 3% Cab Franc & 2% Petit Verdot makes it quite interesting. Sour cherry, red currant, leathery and minty with some thyme notes. Not so dry with medium acidity and low astringency and well-structured tannins, dried tobacco, some licorice and cassis, mulberry and black cherry on the midrange palate. Very smooth (couldn’t believe it), no texture and very feminine Margaux. Superb!

Ruby red, young yet balanced Margaux with tart cherry and hints of grape juice but not dominating.

Order has been restored to the universe. The Lions choke as usual and this wine is fantastic. Gigantic bone in rib-eye is next. Extremely approachable wine as an infant.
