Great vintage. Age & value. A find on the wife list.

Delicious. Balanced with mature notes of ripe fruit. A bit smooth at the finish so likely was consumed right on time this year. Paired beautifully with sous vide steaks. Incredible and well worth the wait.

Well balanced. Med alcohol. Med plus body. Tight tannins still. Blackberry and cherry fruit. Oak backbone. Medium length. Opened up well after 7 hours decanting. Has a long way to improve more with age.

Plenty of funk, maybe some Bret? Quite enjoyable after opening up.
