We had the 2009 Vintage on 2/16-17/20. Cedar, plum, graphite and black fruit. More minerality.

Way too much Right Bank influence for my palate. But, hey...paired with a medium-rare rack of lamb/Carrots Vichy and parsley infused cannelloni, it will do. But a tad messy and a long way from a perfect match.
