Volcanic Rose. 50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 20% Syrah. Crisp without being tart. Lighter style with mouthfeel would be great with oysters. Don't drink too chilled. Glass stopper.

Not horrible and not too sweet, but wouldn’t purchase again. Organic grapes a plus! I feel like they killed the liveliness and what this could have been with a little too much S02.

Very light and crisp. Would pair well with seafood.

Nose: very delicate and subtle, finish of flint and minerality (volcanic soil), floral notes and a subtle hint of red fruit

Palate: light body, not too acid, good mineral aftertaste

(1st September 2016 – Chateau l'Hospitalet – Wine tasting)
