Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc White Rhone Blend
The 2021 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc displays delicate aromas of spring blossom, jasmine, yellow apple, pear, pastry, melon and cedar. This delicious 2021 white is medium to full-bodied, well-balanced, wrapping up with a clean finish. (Nicolas Greinacher, Vinous, June 2023)

May 1st, 2022I bought several bottles and opened this last one about 3 years later. Nice aromas of green and stone fruits with a citrus notes. The palate shows apple, peach and pear, still crisp with good balance, fresh and lively. The finish shows nutty earthy tones. I met with the distributor, Pasternak Wine Imports a while ago who indicated this wine can be enjoyed now, but put it down for a few years, the age will benefit the wine greatly, he was right!

Feb 28th, 2020Exploring southern Rhône blanc wines. This one offers a very satisfying and interesting flavor profile that is rich and soft. I really like it’s distinctive floral and mineral notes and especially it’s eloquent and fragrant finish.

Feb 18th, 2020I tasted several vintages and this wine is consistently great year after year. Wonderful aromas of green and stone fruits with citrus notes. On the palate apple, peach and pear flavors, crisp with good balance, fresh acidity with a lively edge. The finish shows nutty earthy tones. I met with the distributor, Pasternak Wine Imports 2 years ago who indicated this wine can be enjoyed now, or put it down for a few years, the age will benefit the wine greatly, he was right on both counts.
