Haut-Médoc Red Bordeaux Blend

A supreme example of why Bordeaux is a great wine region. Firing on every cylinder and quite powerful still.

Enjoyed with the same vintage Chateau Giscurs. A bit lighter bodied with a distinct spicy finish.

The 1981 is just a past perfectly aged. Delicate cherry and sous bois notes in the nose. Fruit still the there but moving on. Lovely but drink up.

This was a fantastic example. Tannins and acid were perfectly balanced and the fruit was fresh. Long and delicious finish. A great wine.

Deep burgundy color. A tongue so deep and rich yet fruity that it almost overpowers with its beauty.

Noice

This is the stink I long for in a well deserved glass of red after a long day of dirty work. Damp cellars, sweaty horses, and all kinds of shit make you so happy that you put in a full day and now it's done. Drink up and indulge in a Bordeaux that owns it.
