Exceptional wine at an equally nice price! The 35% Cabernet Franc was dominant with its floral notes on the nose and in the glass.

The location is prime. Pure and good level of minerality and good fruit just missing the level of blue and blackfruit. Very balance and the overall tannin and acidic feel is good

Fab 09 St Em @ £39 drinking lovely already but could age rather fabulously given a few more years 👍

Absolutely stunning! Perhaps a bit more Cabernet than many right bank blends but so rich, warm and rounded - all the best Merlot has to offer with the perfect balance of the slight added cedar and tannin from some cab. Wish I could get more - this was the last 2005 and i feel lucky!
