Vintage 2017 / to be honest, I am not so fond of rosé. But a good #Tavel makes me smile. That touch of strawberries in smell, juiciness in taste, complete harmony. Minerals. Need I say more? Made of syrah and grenache.

Raspberry candy and dusty stones. Subtle but steady acid. Velvety mouthfeel, and the 14% abv shows up just a teensy bit in front of the medium finish. It just about drinks at its $24 price point.

Oh jes. Beautiful HOT magenta 😍. Lots of coriander + a bit of that raspberry & fruity pebbles note on the nose. Superb structure, exquisite finish. O, #Tavel, how I love thee! #HeyRaphealHowUDoin?
