Wonderfully aromatic with crisp aromas of lemon zest , jasmine, and a whisper of chamomile tea. The palate has a nicely balance acidity and the same fresh citrus but also some added richness in the form of lemon curd and a chalky minerality. An excellent value and paired perfectly with togarashi ginger shrimp with broccoli, snow peas, and bok choy! [3/26/20] ($10)

My first Bordeaux Blanc. Maybe it’s my fault for having after a Vouvray but…seems like a Pinot Grigio with no acid or bite. Semi dry with shell fish and slight lemon. Has a long watery finish. Ehhhhh.
