Vibrant and refreshing. The Muscadelle makes the flavors pop. Too easy to drink. Good match with the Spicy Broccoli Chicken dish.

My first Bordeaux Blanc. Maybe it’s my fault for having after a Vouvray but…seems like a Pinot Grigio with no acid or bite. Semi dry with shell fish and slight lemon. Has a long watery finish. Ehhhhh.
