Saint-Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend

Spiced plum, black pepper, smoke, and brussels sprout. Good structure and lingering fine tannins.

Nice balance. Classic blend, less earthy than most Bordeaux. I love it. Update: I have tried three 2009 bottles over the last few weeks, and they were all great. This is my new house wine. I upped my rating as well. Great value.

Tight nose, red fruit, little green, green peppers not much to nose. Mouth: very tight, White asparagus, wet cardboard, not well balanced, 6/10

I like this one. Would pair great with Sushi on Fridays. Low concentration. Black Cherry on nose. Smooth and earthy, but light. Short finish.

Beautifully oak forward, if a little bit too much, especially once it opens up. Missing a bit of body but there's a nice spicy red fruit notes and strong hint of cherries. Quite a nice one for it's price.

Bordeaux with Jared, Amanda, and Adam - exquisite. Earthy.

Big cherry on the nose. Big red fruit up front with a tart mid to late finish.

Nose of rosemary, miner, green peppercorns, palate is overripe plum, mejdool dates, sour cherries, and pencil lead. Medium body, balanced acidity and tannins, lingering finish. Balanced, fruity, slightly herbaceous.
