Pretty one dimensional Muscadet. Lemon zest on palate with nice acidity which saves it and makes it a semi-decent quaffer.

Nice, light, and refreshing. Green Apple, stone fruit, and light citrus. Great to pair with oysters!

Much tastier than the Domaine de la Garnière, but it has age on its side. Softer than most Muscadet, restrained, really good. Still craves for a food accompaniment. Light seafood and of course oysters are always classic.

Perfect with lobster! Mineral, almost flinty, and crisp/w just a hint of effervescence on the tip of the tongue...not to mention reasonably priced.
