Smells tight right out of the bottle through an aerator (as you’d expect). Tastes very good! But, anonymous. It tastes like very good high quality wine.

Finally cracking this open. Got it as a Christmas gift from my boss. Really good! It’s going very well with the homemade tofu katsu 🙂
