Golden color.
Fig, honey, citrus nose.
Moderate sweetness with ripping acidity.
Nice representative of Sauternes:)

Heavy but good. Peach pit and dried apricots.

Clean nose, pineapple, melon, short on the finish. Overall above average.

Syrupy and notes of honeydew. Sharp acidity which tries to balance out the sugars but leads to an overcarmelized finished. Okay but not amazing. Alcoholic finish.

Pineapple, honey, a hint of rosemary or pine brush. Nice treat.

Dessert

Smell like apricot and nectarine. So vicious and lush but every ounce of sweetness is supported by flavor or acidity. Peach skin. Fucking delicious.

Apricot, acrylic, white peach, white flowers. Taste slightly hot in finish actually. But scrumptious.

Sweet earthy, honey, almost nail polish in aroma. Wonderful balance between sweetness and acidity in flavor.
