Nose of plum, blackberry, and earth. On the palate, black fruits dominate, with plum, earth, and black pepper. Finish goes on quite a while, with drying black fruits. Pleasantly surprised by this wine. Drink, or hold up to 10 years.

Deep garnet with a slight brownish hue,smokey with a bit of sweetness and spice on the nose remenscent of barbecue on the nose. Medium light acidity, soft tannins, medium bodied with flavors of sour cherry, pepper, smoke with a peppery finish.

Aug 5th, 2026Clear, medium ruby in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced intensity primary and secondary aromas of black plums, graphite, and leather; on the palate, it's dry with medium acidity, medium tannins, high alcohol, medium body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of cherries, blueberries, and clay pots with a medium finish. This wine is complex and intense. It's a little hot for my tastes and probably needs to breath. Overall, I rate this wine as good.
