Last night at Sakanaya Japanese restaurant open this 1993 Haut-Brion Blanc , it’s not really as good as my expectation. A little disappointed . Way overrated !

Nov 6th, 2018Very different style than I am sure compared to what is being made. Definitely had a beeswax note, but very different from an older cali chard I had the other night. Not much oak on this, enjoyed this more as it warmed up.
