Première expérience avec ce producteur mythique. On y retrouve le côté exubérant du viognier, ses fruits jaunes et ses fleurs, son amertume, mais le tout est élégant et sous contrôle. L'acidité est plus grande que la moyenne pour ce cépage, et l'ensemble est complété par des notes minérales (iode, pierre à fusil). Vraiment très bon.
