New Years wine, part I can’t remember: but probably my fave Bordeaux Blanc, hands down, regardless of price. The semillion blend makes it for me, as adds a roundness & slight rs that makes it sing. Importer is Kermit.

Semillon/Sauv Blanc/Muscadelle: 75/20/5. Pale straw, fresh cut grass, tart citrus, tangerine, and minerality. Not as linear on the palate. Elevated acid, short finish.
