Patience rewarded. A vibrant combination of licorice, tobacco, and brilliant blackberry thing going on. Really never thought this wine turn into this window.

Cedar, earth, and cassis nose. Medium-bodied flavors of kirsch, spice, and cedar. Still lively acidity, tannins pretty well resolved. Quite lovely, actually.
