Killer Wine Night. Lineup of 17 wines. Tasted blind. Theme was Old World Killer “B” (the letter “B” has to be the first letter in one of the proper nouns in the wine e.g., region, varietal, type, winery name, etc.)
Wine 13. Young with wet earth and blackberry pie. Gravelly finish. Classic Bordeaux.

Nose is amazing... Cherries, cassis, leather, earth. Pretty young and tannic. Enjoyable but hard to break through that tannic backbone.
