Wow! Not too sweet. Nice balance, not too cloying. This is a perfect balance. LaHaye

Fine stickie but lacking the acidity I prefer and making it slightly cloying to my palate.

Lovin' that '07. Tastes of honey, a little honeydew and some slight orange... The taste of honey is indeed stronger. Quite sweet. Killer desert/ sitting on the couch wine.

Golden yellow robe. Fresh fermented sauerkraut and coleslaw on the the nose. Chipolata pudding, moist raisins, canned peach syrup, and orange liquor mouthfeel with long aftertaste. Interesting first sauternes experience, the smell is off putting, but taste is special. 7.0/10
