A bit of an atypical Provence Rose, dry with a strong taste of lime and grapefruit. It paired best with a spicy shrimp dish. Took a little while to get accustomed to the taste but it works. Drank in August 2024

Salmon in color with a scent of grapefruit, honeysuckle, and maybe a little pear. Crisp yet delicate, with a grapefruit-y finish. Yummy.
