Berries and tobacco, tons of leather and cherry. Not complicated but very tasty. The 2012 Bordeaux seem to be drinking very well right now with plenty of value, like here.

March 2024. Finished this 2010 bottle, first tasted vertical w/2016. This is so good. Black fruit, leather. Cabernet and merlot. Perfect blend.

Mar 5th, 2024Dec 2023. Vertical w/ 2010 vintage. Should have tasted this on first! 2010 is outstanding (probably at least partially due to the age) this 2016 is very good. Black fruit, chocolate, tobacco. Classic left bank Bordeaux. Excellent QpR ay $29/bottle. Have several more so can enjoy as it ages.
