The finish has excellent tannins as other reviewers have noted. Some earth and maybe some herbs on the finish. Opened this excellent bottle to honor my dad who just passed away. He had a passion for good steaks - we’re having grass fed ribeyes - and good wine. He would have loved this. Definitely a re-buy. On line the average price is about $40.
