Pinot Noir like with age

Mature red fruits, a bit soft and starting to show some soy notes, time to drink up, just so-so for a 1998 CdP.

Wow what a treat from a friend at work. . Leftover from last night's dinner! Cedar box nose,supple dried fruit aromas and still quite a grip.... changing and evolving every minute!

Won at IREM auction. Served Thanksgiving 2012. Let breathe before serving.
