Super lovely. Perfume-y nose. Orange blossom, jasmine, vanilla, oak. Long drawn out finish. Paired incredibly with linguine with tomato, Italian herbs, & coconut cream sauce.

2021/1-2. An unusual combination of cidery fruit, white flowers and what felt like some noticeable oak - interesting at least. On day 4 or 5, some funky, borderline mousey notes did emerge, but to be fair, that’s a long time being open for many white wines.
