A fav for decades. Magrez knows his stuff. Dark red fruit. Balanced acidity and tannins, the latter are soft and ripe. 2018. Drinking beautifully.

Drinking much younger than its age showing dark red fruit, berry, graphite with a perfumed nose of menthol, spice & tobacco notes.

Fairly impressive, of course, it was pretty hard to make bad wine that vintage, nice property, underrated.

Nose is strong in acid. Maybe some unripe cherries. Light in body with strong acidic fruit. Overall.... Amazing.

This was still youthful that benefitted with air showing blackberry, kirsch, graphite, cedar, leather & tobacco

Nicely aged mature balanced tasty right bank red still with dark red fruited nose, nice texture and finish.

Fabulous drinking wine on way home, certainly tantalised the taste buds through a smooth aroma that was elegant.
