Yes There is no better way to finish off lunch in crème brûlée paired with 2007 Chateau D’YQuem. Apricots and peaches. Words cannot describe this beauty! Thanks again Luca great lunch

A lot of floral lift at the front. Wonderful drive and freshness through the middle. Definition, lemon curd, some saline. This is great and really long. Wow.
