This definitely needed time to open up. After about 30 minutes the flavors really came through with the black fruits, tobacco, bell pepper, menthol. This is a fabulous wine.

Quite nice. Musty dusty vegetal nose. Lively acid, tannins are papery but relatively soft, pronounced bell pepper, tobacco and spice, dry menthol laden finished.

Perfect Margaux perfectly aged. Black fruit followed by tar, earth, and leather.

Deep purple body with slightly lighter purple rim. Light fresh earth, light blackberry, blueberry, strawberry jam, herbs on the nose. Silky smooth on the palate, earthy, spicy, wood, cigar, tobacco, very deep and well balanced. Long finish, high tannin, amazing wine. Great experience drinking this in Bar A Vin in Bordeaux.

Still too young but amazing nose of tobacco, jalapeño, but a little heady. Light, almost gossamer texture but doesn't like intensity. Plums, black currant, anise, black cherry, and lots of length lead into some still grainy yet soft tannins. Tasty
