A properly structured Rosie. Not flabby that by itself Nets it 90 points.

More color than many Rosé’s and a stronger nose with some strawberry and grasses. At first this wine was not good- was very acidic with an alcohol bite. But with 30 mins of air it really evened out- more full bodied, also almost a touch jammy. Strawberries, pear and good for some heavier foods. Dry with a hint of sweetness- really nice! for The Infatuation/Parcelle Virtual Wine School during COVID closures.
