A bit dry, not sweet, gripping but moderate tannins.
Bitter cherry, grapefruit rind.
A light wine with a grippy finish highlighting the citrus rind.

Light Ruby core lightening to pink, almost no tears, Aromas: cherries, raspberries, Forest smells soil and trees, no wood smells. Medium sweetness, tasted smooth and very fruit forward sour cherries, and maybe black berries . High acidity, low tannin, light body, lower alcohol.
