2011, Chateau de Sancerre, Sauvingnon Blanc. Brings back a lot of great memories; we were in Sancerre in August 2011. Classic Sancerre Blanc: grapefruit, wet rock and screaming acidity.

2011 SAQ 26$ Sauvignon blanc Just OK, lacks complexity and fruit, I'd say "insipide".

Not worth the $25 it costs in QC, but a very solid, classy Sancerre.
