Juicy nose of a stroll though an almost ripened orchard of peaches.
Medium bodied, fresh, flavorful.
Black cherry yoghurt, fresh white peach, mint,
The peach in this is so freaking fresh and delicious, wrapped with the lightest acidity, a touch of lollipop tannins..
Yum

Strong earthy notes, especially mushroom. Balanced taste, some mild acidity.

Solid flavor. Notes of blackberry & blueberry, with a smoky taste on the back half.

Dark bramble berries, plum, smoke, cured meat, garrigue. Ripe and juicy on the palate with med- acidity and med+ tannins. Good structure overall. Label says 15.5% ABV, but I kind of doubt that. Way too drinkable. If it really is...holy crap. Bravo winemaker, bravo. (Better on day 2)

Astringent aroma that aired out nicely and gave crisp fruity flavors (lightly sweet and acidic without being too “jammy”) to pair surprisingly well with an assortment of “Taco Tuesday” fare!

Acidic, would benefit from another year is aging. Nice floral bouquet.

January Blind tasting: Roasted notes of red cherries, herbs and even a caramel bit. Continues onto the dry grippy palate with some tannins and a sweet note on finish.
