Thanksgiving wine #1. Rich, bramble fruit, a touch of tannin. Alcohol seemed a little out of balance.

May 15th, 2017Smooth, rustic, and dangerously easy drinking. Not surprising given the old school wine making techniques, whole clusters are fermented and then macerated before 18 months in a concrete or oak vats prior to being bottled unfiltered. Dark berry and floral notes with hints of baking spices and smoked meat. Great showing.
