Still fairly structured. Definately veering toward the "pinoter" phase. Very good, though without quite the lift I anticipate in Chiroubles. Combo of vintage and age. Still very much worth drinking with mustard roasted poussin, faro, and Brussels sprouts. Rebuy (may have been a closeout).

Ruby color. Aroma is jammy, blackberry. Maybe some slate or wood. Medium acidity. Low tannin. Slightly floral taste. Some caramel and smoky Notes. Medium to light body. Balanced and smooth. Good wine but a little too smoky for me. For $16 I wouldn’t buy again.
