Aug 12th, 2024Beautiful gold color. A very lush mouthfeel. Citrus and honey notes. Really nice citrus flavors with some nutty overtones that intensify the longer you hold it in your mouth. The acidity is mouthwatering and the finish lingers and evolves with some spicy tastes at the end. Paired very well with grilled snapper with a Spicey Mediterranean sauce.
