The color is more red-pink than say orange-copper...made from 100% Mourvèdre, this is made in not just amphora as you can see on the label but also 30hL foudre.

A pure elegance and density in the nose of fruits that are complemented by plenty of licorice. The palate is texturally thinner, but more structured, more fruit than spice. More apparent acidity, really fresh and bright with some weight on the finish.

At the end of the day though only some minor differences to the regular rose.

The new fashions in winemaking gathered in a bottle: clay pot (made of sandstone actually) and an extracted rose d'automne (fall rosé). The result is a very ample, wineous (vineux) wine

Aged in amphorae. A somewhat more rounded version compared to the normale. Salmon in color. Tasty. Has a slight note of bitter on the finish which detracts just a bit. Showing well for almost 5 years of age.
