Really rich, spicy, wintery. Almost liquorice initially then lots of length and warmth. Great for a cassoulet; note - it was the red not the white

Bold white! White flowers and tea show on the nose with some definite citrus and light petrol. Oak creates a smooth mouthfeel with lots of punchy acid and some stone fruit, maybe apricot, on the palate. Lovely!
