Crunchy and a little rustic, would be excellent with a mid week cassoulet. While I love Cru Burgundy, it's these kind of wines that really hit my sweet spot - they speak of their place, work well at the table, and make a good dinner with friends that much better.

Concentrated , dense red fruits, red volets, black pepper, leather, game notes. Med p body, med p acid, dense rich pinot noir, followed by wood tannins mineral and structure. Yummy, dense can goes well with duck breast with carrot orange puree. Nice one. 12.5 abv
