A finer Chardonnay expression in my opinion. Varietally correct aromas of gala apples and quince. More orchard fruit on the palate, clean, well rounded mouthfeel, Granny Smith apples and Asian pears.

This 2018 is an interesting and difficult wine. Not a lot of common aroma and flavors. Hints of lemon, kumquat limestone, salt, citrus rinds. An acquired taste, and certainly not your house Chard. For an intriguing change of pace this is a must try.

Surprising Chardonnay. Light and citrus, dry, hints if green apple. Drank wonderfully well with rare tuna and sea bass. Lacks the sweetness and butter of many Chardonnays, but I didn’t miss them. Maureen says “crisp!”.
