Deep golden in color.
Soft nose of ripen citrus fruits, lemons, green apples, minerals and white pepper.
Medium bodied with medium acidity, crisp and refreshing.
Dry on the palate with limes, green apples, minerals, spices, herbs, green vegetables and black pepper.
Long finish with limes and bitter almonds.
This is a nice surprise. A nice French white from the Loire Valley with lots of lemons on the palate which went well with my smoked fish dish.
This 21 year old is still crisp and refreshing with mild complexity. Unbelievable.
This is not only a a surprising outcome, but also a very nice experience with good friends and good food.
Good right out of the bottle and better as it opens up ( 30 minutes).

Fresh, young, tight line of acidity. Slightly subdued needs a little time and the right temp to open up.

Crushed shells, minerality and citrus on the nose. Bracing acidity and huge minerality, with a light body and rich mouthfeel. Wish I had some oysters!

Overripe fruit- pineapple, mango, kiwi. Tart and sweet on the finish with light acidity. Pungent, sour and sweet all in one breath.
