Deep golden in color.

Soft nose of ripen citrus fruits, lemons, green apples, minerals and white pepper.

Medium bodied with medium acidity, crisp and refreshing.

Dry on the palate with limes, green apples, minerals, spices, herbs, green vegetables and black pepper.

Long finish with limes and bitter almonds.

This is a nice surprise. A nice French white from the Loire Valley with lots of lemons on the palate which went well with my smoked fish dish.

This 21 year old is still crisp and refreshing with mild complexity. Unbelievable.

This is not only a a surprising outcome, but also a very nice experience with good friends and good food.

Good right out of the bottle and better as it opens up ( 30 minutes).
