Beef broth, smoked brisket, candied plum and licorice. This has intense aromatics, alluding to Earl gray tea, church incense and camphor. Getting better and better by the minute!

brett, vanilla, cigar, cloves, cherry, huckleberries, roasted pear.

Good, cross, Bordeaux. Mucho bueno

Black cassis, black pepper, coffee grounds and cedar.

Chiuso in principio poi molto bello

Interesting nose, Cornbread and Jalapeño which points to underripe fruit, but throughly enjoyable

Probably an off bottle, this shed most of its nail polish and became drinkable on day 3.

The tannins and alcohol are still strong and overwhelm the delicate fruit which is a little on the dry side. Med + complexity and intensity with some nice secondary notes. #pessacleognan #bordeaux #lalouviere
