Tasting of 4 formats, all in very different stages, most a bit closed but 375 was open and ready to go. Prominent fruit w cherry lifesaver at the forefront, sweet soil, pretty florals and charred chocolate on palate with rounded, soft tannins, quite fresh but beginning to develop a bouquet.

Oooh, the oxidative notes on a SB are not something I'm used to, but '07 is tempered down & has pleasant honey, peach & sherry aromas complementing the grapefruit (with a slight bruleed character)--nutty notes carry over to the palate, where acidity is prominent but once again, tempered a bit (a good thing in white Bordeaux, IMO)
