Crisp and clean, goes down easy.

Good, not great. Lively fruit, acidity, texture, but lacks complexity. Price is reasonable, and organic aside from being a pleasant quaff.

Not as much minerality and crispness as I wanted. Very yellow in color. Hint of secondary fermentation

Medium lemon color. Nose: Med - intensity. Citrus (lime, lemon, lemon peel) , floral (blossom), mineral (stone). Lees (brioche, biscuit). No tertiary. Palate: dry, high acidity, med - body, medium alcohol. Medium finish.

Oily, semi dry - nice winter white

Favourite white for the price, lots of complexity, full bodied white.
