This Les Vignots is a very good, four square, blood making Pommard that is nothing like other 2013's I have had. It was dark, loaded with fruit, had good tannin and acid balance and a real synergy with our duck and fig sausages. We tried this with Spanish cheese as well, which turned it into a fruit bomb that wouldn't be out of place in Santa Lucia!

Très jeune, des épices, herbes, floral, belle tension et structure assez puissante mais sans excès, touche végétale qui n’est pas trop agacante, a besoin de temps.
Very young, needs time, spices, herbs, a bit of a floral charavter, a touch green but not too much, needs time, nice acidity and good structure though. 89-90
