Classic nice Pinot nose. Cherry, dry herbs (?), earth. The palate is well balanced with a sheer acid backbone and fruits all along the ride. Tannins play their part round the end to kick things a little bit up. The finish is long with a nice cherry after taste. Cool wine!

Mar 24th, 2018The nose reminds me of a couple of old 80s burgundy I opened a while ago. It smells older than it is : earth, humus, a bit of alcohol... quite not right. The palate is light but not unpleasant. Red fruits and a silky layer that goes well with the acid backbone. Finish on raspberry quite enjoyable indeed. Certainly not what I expected from this appelation and vintage but not too bad neither (well the nose is).

Creamy, cheesy and meaty nose. Rhubarb-like dryness on the palate. Fine structure with deep and round tannins.
